With Hussein Mohammed welcoming the attendees to the launch of Kenya Kwanza Manifesto also called People Manifesto, he assured the Kenyan people that freedom is coming because true freedom is yet to be achieved. Upon finishing the introductory part, he welcomed the Deputy President who is also the flag bearer of the coalition.

William Ruto then highlighted the manifesto as follows:
Agriculture and Food Security
The government will offer capital to farmers and in the long-run this will reduce the over dependence on basic food imports. The policies will transform 2 Million poor farmers from food deficit to food surplus producers. In general:Affordable working capital to farmers, boost tea value chain, revamp under-performing export crops and reduce basic food imports by 30%
Education
Kenya Kwanza government will establish: Special Service Tarrif for all learning institutions for basic utilities such as water, electricity and internet connection, Review the current exam based system of academic progression and work towards implementing an alternative entry criteria so that no child is excluded based on basic education level exit exams, Fully equipped TVETs will be established in 52 constituencies in the first two years, Feeding programme allocation will be doubled and beneficiaries will increase from 2-4 million and also Pay for in- service teachers training.
Women Agenda
Financial and capacity building through hustler fund, Realize 2/3 gender rule in 12 months, 50% cabinet positions, Funding for anti-FGM board and Free sanitary towel in all schools
Housing and Settlement
The government has promised to: Increase housing to 250,000 units a year, increase the mortagage from Kshs. 30,000 to 1 million, enable low cost mortagage of Kshs. 10,000 and below, strengthen JuaKali industry capacity, create employment for TVET graduates and also establish a settlement fund.
Micro, Small and Medium Entreprises
The Kenya Kwanza will commit Kshs. 50 Billion a year through saccos, establish MSME development centre in every ward, incubation business centre in all TVET institutions and end criminalization of work.
Health Care
The government will reform NHIF contribution from per individual to per household, scale up manufacturing of medical supplies, national fund for chronic illness, mandatory insurance cover (NHIF) and having a fully financed public primary health care.
Digital Superhighway and Creative Economy
Digitize or automate 80% of government services, Universal broadband availability countrywide in 5 years, Build 100,000 kilometer fibre optic network, Reduce cost of calls and data, Adapt electric mass transit system and Roll out electric charging spots in all urban areas and along the highways. The government will also leverage the financial support that will be provided to the boda boda sector through Hustler Fund. The government will also: Establish a green channel immigration scheme, enforcement of copyright laws, pass creative economy, develop arts/crafts information portal, mainstream arts and culture infrastructure, pass creative economy and review inter-county licensing regime
