Risper Faith Accused of Photo-shopping her Face on US based Digital Content Creator

The pressure that social media is putting on us as the 'kawaida mwananchi' is immense. Trying to be something you are not is taking the day each day. If you and I are not well informed, we might fall in the trap of hating  and undermining ourselves without knowing most people are living a lie out her. Well, Risper Faith who is a Kenya celebrity has been accused and is currently on the spotlight for photo-shopping her facial structure on a photo of the US based curvy digital content creator who goes by the name Ms. Kristine. In the year 2016, Kristine uploaded a perectly shot picture of herself in a black skirt and top that was neatly tucked into the skirt. To add some spice, the whole outfit was groomed by a shade of green coat which perfectly perfected the look. Ways to Live Longer

Obviously, most of us would like to live and experience the warmth that comes with grandchildren, or even better, great grandchildren. However, the world’s life expectancy is really decreasing and that ,should at least worry you as it does to me. Now, how about we learn some of the habits, God willing, that we can practice to live long!

1.      Avoid stress and anxiety

The two factors can in a big way, reduce your span really quick. Life is not perfect. You mess today, you learn from the experience and live a better life tomorrow. Be optimistic, laugh and spend time with those that value you. It always gets better. After all, you are not alone my dear.

2.      Moderate alcohol intake

Liver, heart, kidney and pancreas are some of the body organs which are threatened by too much downing of liquor. Moderate intake is advised in order to prevent alcohol associated diseases. However, little intake of wine is particularly beneficial.

3.      Physically active

Exercising has many benefits of keeping you healthy and lengthening your stay on earth. Research show that heavy body workout has a greater percentage in reducing the risk compared to moderate or low intensive activities. Therefore, regular physical activity is key.

4.      Do not smoke

A number of diseases have been linked to smoking which eventually lead to early deaths. As much as quitting is as difficult, moderation and eventually a total withdraw from the smoke is of great benefit to your overall body. It is never too late to quit.

5.      Health Eating

Long life has been linked to low calorie intake and low likelihood of catching a disease. Limiting the intake of calories has been known to reduce excess body weight which in some cases is fatal.

6.      Be happy

Withdraw yourself from all the negative energy. Happiness is free and it’s your obligation to choose it. It has positive effects, not only to your mood but also to your lifespan.

7.      Social circle

Who are your friends? What do your guys talk about when you’re together? Hold hands, cuddle, hug and stay connected. Life is too short! Well, even a 100 years is too short. Learn to pull out once your energy is not reciprocated. Choose the real ones and those that you choose will impact your lifestyle in a positive way.

8.      Drink coffee or tea

Maybe you are not a fan as me, right? However, these two have been said to enhance longevity.

9.      Good sleeping patterns

Don’t let your work kill you. Treat yourself with some good sleep. Sleep is crucial for regulating cell function and helping your body heal. 7-8 hours is standard.

Regardless of the above, longevity is beyond our control but practicing healthy habits is important. CIAO
