7 Health Benefits of Farting

There is no one in the world, I mean no one who does not pass gas. However, the notorious ones are always free to do it in public or in a company of people and this is thought to be an unacceptable social behavior. Nevertheless, farting has some very good healthy benefits that we should all know.

1.Healthy Gut Bacteria

Green foods such as cabbage, cauliflower are key in efficient digestion. The leafy greens force the gut bacteria into a higher gear ensuring better digestion which indicates high tendency to produce more gas.

2.Health Problem

Increased frequency of farting, extreme odor and unusual painful releases can be a warning healthy condition such as lactose intolerance or colon cancer.

3.Smell is good for You

No doubt that you have "held" some fart and brought it right to your nose for smell diagnosis. In the gas we release, small amounts of hydrogen sulphide are normally present. Studies have shown that the rotten egg smell may prevent stroke and heart conditions by starving off the cell damage.

4.Eases Bloating

After a big meal, unreleased gas might make you feel bloated. The buildup of the unpassed gas brings about discomfort and this something you do not want to experience. Let the gas go.

5.Helps in Balancing the Diet

For a healthy living, balanced diet is a must. The smell of the gas is a very key indicator of the foods we consume. Intake of much red meat might cause you to produce a very unpleasant smell implying that you should cut on the intake. If you rarely pass gas, you may need fibre rich foods.

6.Colon Health

If the urge comes, do not hold the gas as this may have potential health risks to your colon. So just release it. Parents should also advice their children on the importance of not holding it all their life.

7.Happiest Huge Release

There is no better feeling than releasing the gas you been holding for sometime. The satisfaction that comes with it is massive. The release boosts your moods in a very huge way. How embarrassing though is it to be caught unawares you pass the gas out?
