Aloe vera's great cooling and moisturizing properties come in handy when treating burns. This is especially in sunburns and other mild burns. For severe burns, seek professional medical attention.

According to research, coating fruits such as apples with aloe vera gel extends their shelf life such that, they can stay for a longer time without going bad.
5.Lowering blood sugar
A study in Phytomedicine: International Journal of Phytotherapy and Phytopharmacy explains that having two tablespoons of the aloe vera gel daily can low blood sugar levels for those with type 2 diabetes.
